Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus return freight fees.

Damaged Merchandise: Upon delivery, you are required to open the box and inspect the merchandise before
signing the delivery receipt. Both the shipper and the freight company assume no
responsibility for damage that is not noted on delivery receipt. Immediately following,
call our toll free number and report the damage, we will replace the damaged order.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE SHIPPED UPS must be reported to your local UPS terminal. UPS will pick
up the damaged package and ship it back to us. You must call our toll free number and
report the damage as soon as you have contacted UPS so that we can expedite your
replacement order.

| Warranty: All warranty
claims must be shipped back to Dealership Designs, Inc. prepaid with proof of purchase and
a description of the defect. It will be up to Dealership Designs, Inc. to replace, credit
or repair said defective part. Dealership Designs, Inc. will not be held liable for
anything other than replacement of said defective part and will not incur any other costs.
This warranty becomes void if the products are mis-used, altered, abused or installed
improperly. Dealership Designs, Inc. will not be liable for injury or any damages arising
directly or indirectly from any defects in it's goods, defective or otherwise. You have
specific legal rights with this warranty and may also have special rights that vary from
state to state. |
